These Terms govern your use of AppointmentFlow.ai.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AppointmentFlow.ai, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

AppointmentFlow.ai provides AI-powered voice receptionists that answer calls, collect information, and send summaries.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during signup.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to harass callers.

5. Call Recording & Consent

You are responsible for complying with all applicable recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.

6. SMS Program Terms

AppointmentFlow.ai operates an SMS notification program that sends transactional text messages to phone numbers you provide to us during signup or in your account settings. The messages are sent from the Twilio phone number assigned to your AppointmentFlow.ai account.

• Program description: notifications summarizing inbound calls answered by your AI receptionist, optional appointment-confirmation prompts, and account-related service alerts. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
• Opt-in: by providing your mobile phone number during signup or in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from AppointmentFlow.ai related to your account. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using the service.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your inbound call volume. There is no fixed cadence.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent to that number. You may re-enroll by replying START or by updating your account settings.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@appointmentflow.ai.
• Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
• Carrier disclaimer: message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s coverage and policies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is not available on all wireless carriers.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and SMS data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Billing and Trials

• Free trial period may be offered.
• Paid plans are billed monthly.
• You can cancel anytime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed calls or business losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
